Blurred output after split-barcode

Hi all, we're currently evaluating AutoStore Express 6.0 Sp1  for production-order processing. We’ve build a config (attached) which reads a PDF with barcodes, split on every barcode to a new pdf and then create a XML file for each outputted PDF. I’ve run a test on one pdf file and get different results.

1.    Most of the time everything goes fine.

2.    Sometimes PDF’s are extracted and blurred (see output.pdf)

3.    Sometimes the half of new PDF’s are blurred. So page one is not readable and the rest is.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this problem?
