AutoCapture Configuration "Error loading menu items"

Dear All,

 

I am running into problems when configuring an AutoCapture based NSi workflow. More precisely, I am receiving always the error named "Error loading menu item" when I try to connect the AutoCapture client to the NSi Server. The documentation on troubleshooting this error points on the port configuration of the NSi server. I double-checked the port configuration at the server without finding any wrong configuration.

The parameters of the setup are:

1.) NSi server:

running on Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit system

 

2.) Client installation

AutoCapture 6.0.0.32, Version 6.0 running on a Windows 8.1 pro 32 bit system

 

I also tried to turn off all Firewalls as well as installing the AutoCapture client on a Windows 7 system. However, I am always receiving the same error "Error loading menu itmes". I also installed the AutoCapture client on the same system where the NSi server is running. Here the client is working perfect.

 

Can anybody help me on solving this issue?
